7 cups water Methods/stepsBring water to a boil. Add pork seasoning and ground pork. Use wooden spoon to chop up pork in water. Boil about 5 minutes, then add rice. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook about 5-7 minutes, so rice sweels. Add cilantro and green onions, stir, then remove from heat and serve with vinegar, fish sauce (nam pla, or salt if you don't have any) and dried crushed red pepper on the side for guests to add to taste.
