Thai Pork & Chayote Squash Curry

Created by Chuck,

"Gaeng Phet Phuk Sai Moo" is a Thai red curry dish that you can find almost anywhere in Thailand. You can substitute fresh pumpkin if you can't get chayote squash. It's spicy, but you control the heat by adding more or less curry paste.
