3 eggs
1/2 cup ground pork, or ground chicken 1 green onion, thinly sliced 1 red chili pepper, thinly sliced 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper 2 teaspoons fish sauce (nam pla) 4 tablespoons canola oil Methods/stepsBreak eggs into a bowl and beat. Add pork, fish sauce, pepper, green onion and chili pepper and beat thoroughly. Heat oil in a frying pan; when hot, pour egg mixture in skillet. When done on one side, turn over and fry until done on the other. Put on a plate and serve. Reviews |
