Tailgate Pepperoni Sandwiches

Description

If you love pepperoni, you have to try this recipe. Be sure to choose good crusty Italian hoagie rolls.

1 pound pepperoni, sliced
2 green bell pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 12 oz. can tomato, peeled
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
6 hard rolls, sub/hoagie

Methods/steps

Saute chopped peppers and onions in frying pan. Slice pepperoni into
thin slices and add to frying pan. Add tomatoe and garlic salt. Bring to a
boil, simmer. Serve on sub rolls.
