Spinach Dip

A holiday classic, this Knorr spinach dip has become a family favorite and one that gets requested every year.

1 package frozen spinach, 10 oz
1 package Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
8 ounces water chestnuts, chopped
3 green onions, chopped

Methods/steps

Thaw 1 pkg frozen chopped spinach and squeeze dry, drain on paper towels. Stir in soup mix, sour cream, and mayonnaise until blended. Stir in spinach, water chestnuts, and green onions.
Cover; chill 2 hours.
Serve in hollowed-out 2-pound round pumpernickel bread loaf.
Stir before serving.
