1/2 cup butter
2 cups fresh mushroom, sliced
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon dried chives
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons white wine
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 pound sole fillet, unbreaded

Methods/steps

In a heavy skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add remaining ingredients except for the fish. Stir to blend. Cook over med heat until mushroom are tender (4-6 minutes).

Add fish; spoon sauce over fish. Cook 5-8 minutes until fish flakes with a fork. Serve immediately with sauce spooned over the top.
