Description

Delicious creamy mushroom chicken recipe. Very easy to make, I found this years ago on a Campbell's soup can.

2 pounds broiler-fryer chicken, parts
2 tablespoons oil
1 10 oz. can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup, condensed
1/2 cup diced tomatoes, canned
2 tablespoons onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon oregano

Methods/steps

Brown chicken in oil in skillet. Pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients, cover, and simmer 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
