3 cups salad shrimp, frozen, pre-cooked
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Newman's Own Peach Salsa
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon blue cheese, crumbled
salt and pepper, to taste
4 french-style hamburger rolls
lettuce

Methods/steps

Thaw shrimp by placing in bowl under cool running water 1-2 minutes.

Combine remaining ingredients, except rolls, in medium bowl. Drain shrimp and throughly pat dry; stir into mayonnaise mixture.

Serve on rolls with lettuce.
