1/2 pound mushroom, whole, cut in half lengthwise
6 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup red wine
salt
pepper

Methods/steps

Melt butter, saute garlic 1 minute, add mushrooms. Salt and pepper to taste, saute until tender, about 5 minutes. Add red wine and cook a couple minutes longer.
