2 cups raspberries, pureed, and optionally sieved to remove seeds
1/4 cup sugar 2 teaspoons arrowroot, or cornstarch 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup water 2 tablespoons brandy, or cognac 1 tablespoon dark rum Methods/stepsCombine everything EXCEPT alcohol in heavy saucepan.
