Description

One of my favorite salad dressing, this raspberry vinaigrette goes really well with bleu cheese-enhanced salads.

1 cup

1/2 cup oil, corn
1/2 cup raspberry vinegar
1 tablespoon cream, heavy
salt
pepper

Methods/steps

Whisk together all ingredients until well mixed. (or shake in a jar).

Serve over romaine lettuce with sliced pear slices and chunks of bleu cheese.

Makes 1 cup, 7-8 servings
