4 boneless pork blade chops, 1-1/2 inches thick
1 jar Newman's Own Peach Salsa 1/4 cup cream 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped Methods/stepsBroil chops over high heat on grill, approx 4-5 minutes on each side. Be careful not to overcook them and make them tough. Let them rest 5 minutes after removing from the grill before serving. In the meantime, warm salsa in a small pan over medium heat. Reduce heat to low, stir in cream and cook about 5 minutes. Stir in fresh cilantro right before serving. Serve over chops. Reviews |

Additional Tips
Ask your butcher for boneless pork blade chops. They are much more tender than most other chops, which have become so lean that they are tough.
