2 pounds pork shoulder, in 1" cubes, fat OK
3/4 cup vinegar 1/2 cup soy sauce 1 teaspoon salt 1 onion, sliced 3 cloves garlic 1 bay leaf 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 tablespoon sugar 3/4 cup water 2 tablespoons canola oil Methods/stepsCombine all ingredients except oil in a pot and let marinade for 1 hour.
