Marinated London Broil Steak

This marinade gives the steak a really wonderful flavor, and turns regular steak into "wow" steak!

2 pounds london broil, 1" thick
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup steak sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
pepper, fresh
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup red wine

Methods/steps

Combine all ingredients (except beef) in a bowl. Marinade beef in this mixture in a glass bowl for several hours, or overnight in refrigerator, turning occasionally.

Grill over mesquite chips on BBQ grill until done. Cut into thin slices to serve, and brush with marinade if desired.
