15 large mushrooms
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons dijon mustard

Methods/steps

Preheat oven to 325.

Remove stems from mushrooms and keep only the caps. Combine all remaining ingredients and mix well; spoon into the mushroom caps. Place mushrooms in 12x8 baking dish. Bake uncovered at 325 for 15 minutes.
