1 pound carrot, fresh
1 cup honey
1 tablespoon dill, fresh
1 tablespoon parsley, fresh
1 tablespoon scallions, chopped
2 tablespoons butter

Methods/steps

Scrape carrots and cut into 2" long by 1/4" wide strips.

Par-boil carrots for 1-2 minutes. Strain in collander.

Melt the butter in a skillet, then add the carrots and the rest of the ingredients. Saute until heated through.
