1 pound carrot, fresh
1 cup honey 1 tablespoon dill, fresh 1 tablespoon parsley, fresh 1 tablespoon scallions, chopped 2 tablespoons butter Methods/stepsScrape carrots and cut into 2" long by 1/4" wide strips.
