A sophisticated green salad made with oranges, onions and blue cheese. A family favorite that is always a hit at dinner parties.

3 cups romaine lettuce
3 cups iceberg lettuce
2 orange, medium pared and
sectioned
1 white onion, small sliced (rings)
3 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup salad oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 drops tabasco sauce

Methods/steps

Place lettuce in a large bowl. Top with orange and onion. Sprinkle with
blue cheese. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar. Shake well to mix, then drizzle over salad. Toss to mix well.
