Frozen Raspberry Mousse

Description

This is so simple, but tastes amazing. If you love raspberries, you must try this. Great for summertime, but since it uses frozen raspberries you can enjoy it year-round!

1 10 oz. package of frozen raspberries
1 cup cream, heavy
1 egg white
1/4 cup sugar

Methods/steps

Puree raspberries in blender. Whip cream until stiff, fold into
raspberries (mix well, but gently). Beat egg white until foamy.
Gradually add sugar, beating until whites are stiff but not dry. Fold
into raspberry mixture.

Spoon into a 1 quart mold or Corningware dish. Freeze until firm, or overnight.
