What would summer be without fresh fruit? This easy flan combines your choice of fruits with a creamy cheesecake mixture for a memorable summer dessert.

1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup orange marmalade, heated
4 teaspoons water
1 pie shell
assorted fresh fruit

Methods/steps

Mix well: cream cheese, sugar, vanilla

Combine: marmalade, water

Fill center of pie shell with cream cheese mixture. Arrange fruit
over cheese. Glaze with marmalade mixture. Chill well before serving.

** works well with berries, sliced bananas, sliced kiwis, peaches, etc.
