1/2 pound sole fillet
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon almonds, blanched, slivered
1 lemon wedge
fresh parsley

Methods/steps

Saute sole over low flame in butter. Transfer to heated platter when filets have turned golden brown. Very quickly fry almonds in remaining butter (raise flame under pan). Pour hot butter and almonds over fish and garnish with lemon and parsley
