Description

This is my favorite way to eat zucchini. It's simple, and the dill-butter sauce tastes wonderful. I have a hard time cooking zucchini any other way now!

2 medium zucchini, halved lengthwise
2 tablespoons butter, melted
fresh dill

Methods/steps

Cut zucchini in half lengthwise. Cook, covered, in 1 inch boiling salted water for 12 minutes or until tender. Drain, brush zucchini with melted butter and sprinkle with fresh dill.

Additional Tips

Make sure you use fresh dill - dried just doesn't substitute here!
