This wonderful cucumber and dill cream sauce goes with almost any grilled or broiled fish. Turns a simple meal into something more!

1 cup

1/3 cup cucumber, diced
2/3 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon wine vinegar, white
1/3 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
2/3 teaspoon onion, grated
1/2 teaspoon dill

Methods/steps

Combine sour cream, vinegar, salt, cayenne, and onion. Mix, then stir
in dill and cucumber. Salt to taste. Serve on fish.
