Crab and Mushroom Spaghetti

Description

This is one of my Mom's greatest pasta dishes. The crab and mushroom cream sauce is superb!

6 ounces crab meat, frozen or fresh
1 cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 cups light cream
parsley
pepper

Methods/steps

Drain and slice crab.

Saute onion, garlic, and mushrooms in butter
until tender. Blend in flour and seasonings. Stir in cream and cook,
stirring constantly, until slightly thickened.Add crab meat and heatthrough.

Serve over spaghetti, sprinkled with chopped parsley for garnish.
