Chocolate-Cheese Pie

This is an old family favorite. Cheesecake with a beautiful chocolate swirl. It looks as good as it tastes!

2 eggs
1 12 oz. package of cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 crumb pie shell, 9 inch
1/2 cup chocolate chips


Heat oven to 325. Beat eggs, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a
small mixer bowl until smooth. Pour into prepared pie shell.

Melt chocolate over low heat in a small saucepan, stirring constantly, about 2 minutes until melted.

Drop the chocolate by the teaspoonful evenly over pie. Swirl the chocolate through the filling with a fork or toothpick.

Bake at 325 for 20-25 min, or until center appears set. Cool
and chill.
