1 pound pork tenderloin, in two strips
1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 2 tablespoons ketchup 1/2 teaspoon MSG 1/4 teaspoon salt sesame seeds, toasted 1/4 jar duck sauce, for accompaniment Methods/stepsCombine all ingredients EXCEPT sesame seeds, pork and duck sauce in a mixing bowl. Add pork srtips and marinate for at least three hours, turning every hour or so. Drain pork. To cook - either grill for about 10-11 minutes, broil on low broiler , or bake at 425 for 20 minutes or more, depending on thickness of the meat. Turn every ten minutes to brown evenly. Slice into 1/4 inch slices, arrange them overlapping on a platter, and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Serve with duck sauce on the side. Reviews |
