Cherry Tomatoes with Sour Cream Dip

Description

Sweet cherry or grape tomatoes with an herbed sour cream dip. A refreshing spring or summer hors d`oeuvre.

1-2 pints cherry or grape tomatoes
1 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 teaspoon chives, chopped
1/4 teaspoon parsley
1/8 teaspoon salt

Methods/steps

Combine sour cream with the rest of the ingredients EXCEPT the tomatoes. Refrigerate, covered, about 1 hour. (refrigerate tomatoes also, separately)

Place dip in center of tray - surround with tomatoes.
