4 pieces crispy bacon, crumbled
4 slices pineapple, drained

Methods/steps

Lightly toast the bread. Top the bread with the cheese first, then the bacon crumbles, and finally the pineapple. Place on pre-heated broiler rack, and broil 2-3 minutes being careful to avoid burning the cheese.
