I came up with this recipe one day while trying to approximate a sauce I had in a restaurant in New Orleans. It's great over grilled chicken breasts.

1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 tablespoon sherry
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
pinch of cayenne pepper

Methods/steps

Heat gently in double boiler over water, stirring occasionally, until heated through, thickened and well blended, about 15 minutes.
