4 pork loin chop
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 10 oz. can chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
1 1/2 cups sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
1 apple, diced

Methods/steps

Brown pork chops and onion in large frying pan over medium heat. Stir in pepper, chicken broth, caraway seed and celery seed. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 45-50 minutes. Add sauerkraut and apple; cover, simmer 15 minutes more.
