1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 2 pounds boneless beef sirloin 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup onion, chopped 1/2 pound fresh mushroom, sliced 2 cups beef stock 1 cup sour cream 3 tablespoons tomato paste 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 3 tablespoons parsley, chopped Methods/stepsDredge the meat in a mixture of the flour/salt/pepper.
