1 cup flour, plus 2 tablespoons
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 banana, sliced

Methods/steps

Sift dry ingredients together. Beat eggs. Add milk and butter to eggs. Combine all. Pour on griddle, with added banana slices.
